In that regard, physical self-care is a key aspect of self care and includes those activities that improve the well-being of our physical health. It can be as simple as brushing our teeth in the morning or taking a warm shower. It has to do with the food we eat, the sleep we get, the physical activity we do; overall, with how well we take care of our physical needs.
Once we are able to practice good physical self-care, then we can be able to adopt other forms of self-care into our routine as well!
