Carnival Cruise Line announced that its newest ship, ‘Carnival Panorama’, successfully completed sea trials in the Adriatic Sea earlier this week, in anticipation of its inaugural cruise from Long Beach, on 11 December 2019.
Carnival Panorama has become the line’s first new ship on the West Coast in 20 years, the company said.
Being in the final stages of construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy, Carnival Panorama had all of its technical, mechanical and navigation systems tested this week.

Following an inaugural three-day voyage to Ensenada, Carnival Panorama will launch year-round seven-day Mexican Riviera cruises from Long Beach, California, on 14 December.
