20 crew members were rescued from Vanuatu-flagged MV Star Centurion, after it capsized in the Indonesian waters of Singapore Straits after a collision with a Hong Kong-flagged tanker MT Antea, on January 13 according to the Jakarta Post.
Mainly, the NV Star Centurion, is a vessel designed for undersea pipeline work.
The collision occurred in Bintan Waters, Riau Islands. Following the incident, the tanker, which has also sustained damages to its hull, has been moved to the Singaporean waters.

Moreover, according to Jakarta Post, the first responders to the incident were Singaporean authorities. Indonesian navy has also dispatched search and rescue vessels to the site.
The Navy has deployed the KRI Pulau Rusa, KRI Surik and KRI Anakonda to the location to prevent other ships from entering the area.
Finally, Tanjung Pinang Naval Base commander, Cdre. Ribut Eko Suyatno addressed that so far they had yet to find any indication of an oil spill.
