Bahri, the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia announced its plans to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region market. The decision follows the company’s long term strategy to expand. The announcement was made at a ceremony that took place in Singapore in April.
Bahri published a statement according to which the company’s stronger presence will enable it gain more insights into market trends. In the meantime the company will receive information in customer needs concerning chemicals and logistics sectors in Singapore and the wider APAC region.
Moreover, the company stated that the expansion plans will help Bahri Logistics and Bahri Chemicals – two of five Bahri business units – to present their offerings, find new clients and lobby.
Amongst Bahri’s plans is the expansion of the company’s other business units to the APAC region in the future.
