Thomas Schmidt is one of the three partners in Green-Jakobsen. His educational background covers diplomas as an engineer, business administration and strategy development.
Thomas’ work within the maritime and offshore industry focuses on development of key HR functions such as performance measurement and optimisation, competence management, leadership and change management. Furthermore, he is involved in assessments of corporate culture and development of same with the aim to enhance the company (safety) performance. Thomas’ strengths within analysis, design, development and management of strategic programmes for safety and employee performance optimisation are crucial for the ongoing development of Green-Jakobsen’s services.
