Mr Sandip Patil, Surveyor, IRClass says that recent developments regarding the BWMC implementation has triggered a chaotic situation for ship owners as there is a high possibility of fitting a treatment system twice due to clashes between two-type approval regimes and suggests a port-based measure called BWTBoat as a solution.
