Liudmila Osipova

Liudmila works as a researcher in the Marine ICCT team. She is processing a global ship operations data analysis for a number of projects to include fuel switching costs analysis in Canadian mining and evaluating a Japanese proposal to reduce CO2 emissions from existing ships via engine derating.

Before joining the ICCT she was an intern in NABU in Berlin helping with data analysis and management of the international biodiversity conservation projects.

She holds M.S. degree in Environmental Science & Policy from Clark University (USA) and dual Ph.D. degree in Quantitative and Spatial Ecology from Bangor University (UK) and University of Göttingen (Germany). She is a Fulbright U.S. and Australian Endeavour Leadership scholarships alumna.
