Mr. Tuapin’s passion lies in empowering seafarers with the critical skills and knowledge required to thrive in today’s dynamic maritime landscape. His leadership has been pivotal in transforming organizations such as Intership Crew Philippines (formerly Hartmann Crew Philippines), Intership Navigation Training Center (ISNTC), and Raytec Marine Philippines. A strong advocate for continuous learning and professional development, Mr. Tuapin has co-authored research papers on the maritime industry’s contribution to the Philippine economy. He actively participates in prominent industry organizations, including the German Philippine Chamber of Commerce, Philippine Association of Maritime Training Centers, Association of Technical Schools of Manila, The Propeller Club of Manila, and the Association of Licensed Manning Agencies.
