His background molds NMC’s Holistic Healthcare approach and serves as a compass for the Clinic’s seafarer centric approach. Dr. Didoy has authored two books: “Don’t Let Them Lose You: How To Take Care of Your Health So You Can Take Care of Others” and “Whole Again: Restore Your Body To It’s Original Design.” He is regularly invited to deliver Physical Health and Mental Well-being talks and seminars for companies and organizations of local and international audiences.

Lubaton, Medical Director for Holistic Care presented a study by Nordic Medical Clinic between 2018 and 2022, with a participation of 11,831 seafarers. Results revealed a significant proportion of seafarers having higher risk classifications. It also showed that higher risk classes take a longer time to be fit to work.
