Capt. Sofyani Faisol

Sofyani Faisol, born on September 13, 1975, in Teluk Betung, is currently the Manager Crewing Tanker at PT Pertamina Marine Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (S.Si.T.) from Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang and has extensive expertise in ship management, safety operations, and Docking Project Management. He has managed vessels for storage, collaborated with CNOOC, and has deep knowledge of Pertamina’s ports across Indonesia. With strong leadership and communication skills, he effectively guides teams to meet targets while optimizing vessel operations for cost efficiency and safety. His past roles include positions at PT Pertamina International Shipping.
