Enhancing corporate presence in Greece
Alfa Laval introduced their new Certified Service Center enhancing their corporate image in Greece with the Grand Opening of their new Alfa Laval Certified Service Center. The leading company places its mark on its map for Alfa Laval Hellas as an “International Service Center”, ready to serve their customers at a local and international level.
Many prominent personalities were present at the grand opening of the new and pioneering Alfa Laval Certified Service Center including the Deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness, Mr. Notis Mitarakis, the Swedish Ambassador, Ms. Wrangberg, the Presidents and representatives of the Hellenic – Swedish, Hellenic – Israeli, and Hellenic – French Chambers of Commerce as well as over 200 corporate associate and client executives, who were given a tour of the most contemporary and innovative company facilities.
The Deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness, Mr. Notis Mitarakis, during his speech mentioned the importance of enhancement of the Greek economy by leading global companies, such as Alfa Laval, with the creation of contemporary facilities, new job openings and the development of Greece.
In the meantime, from the aspect of Alfa Laval, Mr. Nish Patel, Executive Vice President WENA Region, reported: “Alfa Laval in Greece has increased presence & volumes during crisis and will continue to do so. And today, the opening of the new Certified Service Centre and refurbished offices, is the confirmation of our belief in the Greek market.“
With this initiative, the company confirms its practical support in all efforts which are being made to support the development in Greece over the last few years. It’s worth noting that in 2013, Alfa Laval Hellas, managed orders valued at 22 million euros.
Alfa Laval has been active in the Greek market since the 1970s, offering services in promoting, selling and providing technical support in all of their products. The new Alfa Laval Certified Service Center is an investment valued at half a million euros, and offers the possibility of opening new job openings during its full operation.
In this context, the new lfa Laval Certified Service Center will extend its range of its services offered in the Greek as well as the international market thus maximizing its corporate possibilities for its clients.
